- Put on lavender hand lotion.
- Eat a super food
- a handful of nuts,
- dark chocolate,
- or a scrambled egg,
- dark greens and berries in a smoothie.
- Wash your sheets,
- or water your plants.
- Stretch.
- Read a poem. This one is my favorite.
- Say a prayer. This one is my favorite.
- Say gathas throughout your day.
- Put one hand on your heart, and one on your belly.
- Breathe.
