21 Tiny Acts of Self Care

  1. Light a candle.
  2. Hug your children.
  3. Drink a glass of water
  4. or a cup of tea.
  5. Clean something you don’t normally clean,
  6. run vinegar through the coffee maker,
  7. throw away the receipts in your purse,
  8. Put on lavender hand lotion.
  9. Eat a super food
  10. a handful of nuts,
  11. dark chocolate,
  12. or a scrambled egg,
  13. dark greens and berries in a smoothie.
  14. Wash your sheets,
  15. or water your plants.
  16. Stretch.
  17. Read a poem. This one is my favorite.
  18. Say a prayer. This one is my favorite.
  19. Say gathas throughout your day.
  20. Put one hand on your heart, and one on your belly.
  21. Breathe.
